Friday somebody backed into my Miata. It’s not that bad, but the paint most likely will not be able to be matched so it’s gonna need a full repaint I bet. Which means it will total the car out... fuck people

It was hit on the passenger door and rear quarter. The rear quarter panel is pushed in. If the paint was good on the car and could be matched it wouldn’t be that big of a deal. But, it’s 12 year old enamel paint that isn’t that great to begin with.

Or even their own. I’ve seen countless people just throw their own doors open into cart stalls, concrete walls/columns, etc . They don’t even look to see if there’s damage. They just fling the door open as hard as they can till it hits something, or opens as far as it will go. The same people tend to slam their door shut as well. I don’t get it.
